8 minutes. That is how long our website was down this morning when there was a problem with the "thing connecting to the other thing." It only took 8 minutes for my IT Guy to figure out what it was and get it resolved. No normal internet host comes close to that kind of service.

Chance Korte is a great IT Technician. He always resolves any issues we have for work and even personal computer problems. He is always quick and efficient.
