Input the session code provided to you and your name. Then click “Join Session.”

Click “Download” and then run the tool once it downloads.

Run (or start) the tool once it downloads and click “Allow” if you are prompted to allow this program to make changes to your computer.

Work will then be performed. It will be necessary to keep a channel of communication open during the session just in case.
