In-order for me to access your PC/Device for remote assistance, you will need to do the following steps:
Click on the button below to download the remote assistance tool relevant for your operating system.
Run and install the software once downloaded.
Each device has a unique device ID. Please provide this to me. The best way to provide this to me is by using the contact button on the bottom right of every page and then select “Live Chat.”
You will then receive a prompt to approve the session. Please do so.
