Virtual Technical Support

To obtain my assistance virtually, please follow the steps outlined below.

Click on the download button at the bottom of this page relevant to your operating system. If your operating system is not listed, try the link for the alternate tool.

Run (or start) the tool once it downloads. This does not install the program by default on a PC.

The ID for your device is located in the top left of the program you ran earlier. Please provide this to me.

I do not need the password, as I will request your permission in the next step.

You will receive a prompt on your screen to allow remote access to your device. On a PC, this looks something like this:


Work will then be performed. It will be necessary to keep a channel of communication open during the session just in case.
